It’s the last week of Sept 2024 and The New York Times just released an article discussing the latest social media trending conversation on breast reduction surgery. As quickly as my team of fellow social media strategists alerted our aesthetic conceirge client Persana on this — I got to work on the creative brief!
Enlisting our network Plastic Surgeon & social media personality Dr. Joubin Gabbay (89.6K IG followers), I outlined key visual and script elements to include in his reaction take that will showcase his expertise on the topic. Making sure to preserve Dr. Gabbay’s professional & creative integrity was key to this collaborative Instagram post.

While conducting my duties as Community Manager for Briggs & Riley, I came across a quite peculiar DM (direct message) that stopped me in my tracks ;)
I thought not only did this make the greatest customer testimonial Briggs & Riley ever received — this was so good that I couldn’t bear to keep it to myself! This Instagram post received such high engagement that it inspired our team to create a Instagram Stories series of #BRTravelStory and later chosen to run as a paid ad on the Briggs & Riley Facebook Page.

Youtube Shorts is a great discovery tool for new brands like my client Persana — an aesthetic concierge platform connecting patients to the top plastic surgeons in the country. Repurposing the trending TikTok video template “How it started vs How it’s going” for Youtube Shorts, I crafted a new title & description to optimize our reach through SEO keywords.
The results: 91.4k views, 493 likes!
